The quality is good, a pity that the next strap is not adjustable.

My daughter is tall (5'5"), 11 years old and loves wearing ties. I love the material and length of this item, but unfortunately the neck strap is not adjustable. So my daughter couldn't velcro it up . I'll be back.

Pros

My son was so cute in it at my wedding! I will cherish that forever.
