Sharp Edges on the doors scratched our dog all up. They did refund my return with no problems.
The edges of the doors that a dog would push to open the door are quite sharp. There is a plastic seam from the molding process. Yes. I could have tried to fill or sand these down, but I am not a game designer nor quality control expert, so rather than risk my dog bleeding again, we did a return.
