I'm so excited to update this review. After posting my initial review (below), I received a letter from the President of Sage Hills apologizing for the inconvenience and a box containing a wonderful new set of coffee grinders. They also changed the card that comes with the email directly to the company. It was great customer service and I really felt valued as a customer. Thanks to Ian and the whole team at Sage Hills! I ordered them and was very excited when they arrived. They look very nice and the capacity is larger than expected. I quickly noticed that the wood on one of the two grinders was cracked from top to bottom. I live in Colorado and I know things are getting dry here so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reversed the order. When I arrived the second time I heard a roar as soon as I took the box, in fact one of the two glass shelves was broken. I was about to write a review for Sage Hills directly, but the insert that accompanies the grinders doesn't include contact information. Shipping may have been an issue but after the second failed delivery I gave up and asked for a refund.
