Myglassmanger is really user friendly and saves tons
The ability of viewing all jobs in one place, it's very easy for my team members that have remote access as well! It isn't perfect however some features are not available at this time but we can request them through their support system so no big deal there either!! I highly recommend using this tool if you're looking into any type or window replacement projects because everything from scheduling appointments; tracking payments/bills-everything gets done here with ease. We've been able use our website account (myGlassmanagers) via mobile app which has helped us complete more work while out doing inspections around town instead of staying home when feeling sick etc.. Our customers love being kept up date about what they need by emailing me directly vs waiting till i get back later than expected during an inspection. They also like knowing exactly where every person working on site will be next without having multiple people call.
- Everything is streamlined to keep your day moving forward quickly & efficiently customer service reps know how important timely communication between everyone involved really helps make things easier especially since most contractors don’t communicate much amongst each other before starting job sites.
