These are really great yoga pants/leggings at an affordable price. Simply use the size chart for accurate sizing. Based on the table, I was somewhere between XL and XXL (which surprised me a bit), but I trusted it and went for XL. It was a bit tight (because I was between XL and XXL) but not so tight that I couldn't wear it. It was really wonderful. Even after wearing it for the third day in a row (it was the Christmas holidays) it stretched a bit and was fine. I bought the black (and the white striped color) and liked it because it didn't have any underwear lines (not sure if it will be solid but I'll probably try it because for the price these leggings are Perfect). I love bags too. The belt is nice and thick and helps to put everything in :). I'm 5ft 9" (was 5ft 10" but advanced age and disc degeneration has made me a little shorter) and 188 pounds. I have mostly legs and they fit me great - which is good for a leggy girl.
