This is "good". That's literally all I can say about him. I cut and it sticks to projects (can't speak to durability yet) but weeding is terrible. The paper sticks to the back of the vinyl when you try to peel it off with transfer tape, so not only do you get your design wet, but you also have to spend time weeding the back of the paper before you can attach it to your design . Project. Do yourself a favor and choose another brand.
