Nice looking lights and they appear to be made sturdy. However, after receiving these I charged them per the instructions, 2 days in bright sunshine. When I went to turn on the lights in default mode (without using the app) there was no response. I put them out for 2 more days and then charged them with the USB C port just to make sure. No default light mode.I then installed the app on my i-Phone, which I don't like to do as you never know how software written for devices will be written, some can cause instability in the iPhone. After installing, the app fired right up and started looking for devices. I tried clicking the lights on, double clicking the lights on, long pressing (over 10 seconds) the power switch on or using the 6 click suggestion I found in one of the on-line directions. Nothing worked and the lights never appeared on my phone, no matter what button combination I used and how many times I restarted the app.This was frustrating so I called the tech support line. The first 3 times I was dumped off the phone without being put on hold or being allowed to leave a message, I was just hung up on. Finally the 4th time I got someone who basically went over the manual with me. I assured him I had read the entire set of instructions and had followed all directions. After insisting I repeat all the things that had not worked he told me that my call had been upped in priority and someone would contact me within 24 hours. This morning I got an email from tech support trying to take me back through the manual.I informed them I had tried everything listed early this morning and as of this afternoon I have heard nothing back from them. After spending the better part of the week trying to get these working, I am done with these. If they ever get them fixed I will follow this up with another review. So far, no diggity.
