Review on 💭 White Sennheiser CX 400BT True Wireless Earbuds - Bluetooth In-Ear Headphones with Noise Cancellation and Customizable Touch Controls for Music and Calls by Ada Markiewicz ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

I took the CX400 for myself, and not True Wireless 2 for two reasons: I didn’t want active noise cancellation and I didn’t like the tasteless black senkh logo on white TWS2. In these headphones, the logo is made to match the style, and there is no ANC. Before buying, I had a question about the frequency characteristics. On Ozone it is indicated: 5-21000 Hz range and 107 dB sensitivity. In the reviews, a person posted a photo in which the 2022 sticker indicated 20-20220 and 110 dB, like on average headphones. This alerted me, I went to look at the headphones in retail - it turned out that the sticker was the same. Sellers everywhere are confused, they can’t answer anything and just shrug their shoulders. The website of the Sennheisers themselves indicates 5-21000 and 107 dB, as on Ozone and not 110 as on the sticker. Complete chaos. In the end, someone decided to write to Sennheiser on their Facebook group and ask a question. At first they denied, sent a photo of a new sticker with parameters 5-21 and 114 dB. But when they posted a photo, they admitted that the 2022 office made a mistake in the first batch of goods and incorrect data was indicated. In the new batches, they have already pasted a new sticker over the old one with the “correct” data. I received just such, with two stickers. The question, however, is that 114 dB is indicated in the “correct” data, and Sennheiser on Facebook threw a screen with just such a characteristic. But on their website, in the section of these headphones, 1107 dB is indicated . That is, even the second time they were mistaken! There are just no words . As a result, they were asked a question about this on Facebook and for a week there was no answer, just ignore. Worst audio support I've ever seen. Such disorganization and complete chaos in the technical specifications are very annoying, and even more so that Sennheiser did not write about this anywhere and invited people to figure it out themselves, doubt and suspect a fake in the product. "The sediment remained," as they say.

Pros
  • - Good sound - Design - Small case - Discount price 7990
Cons
  • - Specifications on the site, on the headphones and in the support statements vary and do not correspond to each other - HORRIBLE support for the 2022 branch of the company - There is not enough transitional size of the ear pads between medium and small
