Dude I want to return this piece of junk. I bought it just before I moved to Taiwan. If I could I would send it back immediately. Basically, this is probably the most inoperable product I've ever bought, especially at this price point. Half the time I plug in a pod it won't turn on, so I spend the pod trying to figure out why it won't start. When it's running, for some reason it doesn't stop even if I press the button. Water gets in everywhere. It worked a few times when I first started using it and now it's terrible. I spend 20 minutes in the morning making coffee. Sometimes sad watery coffee turns out. When I get foam it's a sad cream. The worst thing is that I can't return it because I'm in Taiwan. And they don't sell Vertuo capsules here.
