Ordered this new blanket due to bad weather forecast. More expensive than others I've used in the past. But. Even the cheapest got warm. I put it on the bed, followed all the instructions and preheated it. It got a little warmer for the first few hours. Then I turned it off to sleep. All I had were a few heat spots here and there. Even a few seats were barely warm. After a few hours it got pretty cold. I've tried everything. We check the connections, making sure that they are absolutely level. BUT NO HEAT! Will send these back as soon as possible. This morning I put my cheap heating pad on the bed. Warmed me up almost immediately. The only good thing about this Woolrich is its softness. Without denying it. But an electric blanket that doesn't provide heat is ridiculous. PS The settings are also barely readable. Just a barely lit mess.
