Unlike its cozy appearance in the picture, this item is made of the thinnest synthetic material with just a roughed surface side. So the picture creates a false appearance of a warm fluffy garment. The garment in fact gives no warmth whatsoever as the material has no weight at all. Its large loose design which should add to its comfort, then also becomes a design flaw as none of the material sits on the body enough to create any insulation. Were the material more substantial the weight of it would make it drop against the body for warm and comfort. Further the packaging hands down the most wasteful I have ever seen. This item that barely weighs two pounds arrives in three boxes heavy boxes, two from the company, one encased in another, and then a huge third, an amazon box. Additionally the garment is wrapped in a thick heavy tight plastic wrapping from which it must be extricated, as if it were made of crystal. I have received mini refrigerators with less packaging. I am very sorry for the level of deforestation wasted on this cheap pointless item.
