Review on Assortment Planning by John Rodriguez

This program has really helped my business out by providing me with more information about what our customers want without having much interaction from employees! I have been able get so many new ideas that would not normally come up in normal course when talking amongst myself only!! It gives you all sorts data but it's very hard at first sight until one gets used too this kind os software/programs as well! You can make an impact if implemented correctly. I like that it has all my data in one spot so its easy to look at everything together rather than having to go back an forth between different programs! Sometimes when you are trying to pull up information from SAP this program does not have what i need sometimes but overall good software!! It helps me see where we stand with our inventory as well how much stock each location needs depending on their business hours (we do both retail & wholesale).
