In use for several months. Works well. Clear and simple use for video conferences in our small conference room for 6 people. I'm sure it will work well in a large conference room. We travel with him. it's a bit big (a bit big for a laptop bag). We bought a 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable to use with an iPhone/smartphone. Works well. Maybe buy another one. Note. It has a caller ID. Considering the difference in price compared to the cheaper model without them, I'm glad we went with this one. During conference calls, other people often call us. We can tell who it is. Useful!
