The main benefit is that we get all our data in one place, which reduces errors with manual entries from spreadsheets or other databases. This also makes it easier to keep track of current projects as compared to having multiple sources of information about each project stored separately (i.e., emails, files/documents). It can be difficult at times trying to find what you are looking for within such an extensive toolkit; however this has made my job less stressful because I am able to search effectively through many different areas of the program without constantly going back into another area just to check something else!
