Great support from everyone involved

The customer service is amazing, they are always available to answer questions or concerns that we may have. Also, their team is very knowledgeable and helpful! I would like to see more training options for our employees as it is difficult to know what tools and software to use when starting out at an new restaurant. It's great to have all of your information in one place so it makes it easier to communicate with different departments within the company. We also love how easy it is to…

Good Product for Inventory Management

It is very good to manage all our data in one place with integrated CRM, ERP & other systems like accounting etc. Very knowledgeable support team always available by phone or email and respond within few hours if any query comes up from them. Nothing much but overall good experience working here. Best thing I liked about this software was that it has integrated cloud system where we can store files like documents, financial reports etc. which helps us to work without using computer at office as

The main benefit is that we get all our data in one place, which reduces errors with manual entries from spreadsheets or other databases. This also makes it easier to keep track of current projects as compared to having multiple sources of information about each project stored separately (i.e., emails, files/documents). Very good and quick response for all requirements

The team of giashit is very professional, they are willing to help you with any question or issue that may arise during implementation process as well after its use in production line. They have helped me solve many issues related from initial training till operation support system setup at my end point devices (pda). I am satisfied so far but there could be more improvement if needed like better communication between client & service provider side. There should not much difference b/w price…

  • Excellent customer centric approach while working for customers; fast response time when required alongwith regular status updates via email and sms regularly also helps lot if one need immediate assistance over call centre services.I think it would helpful whenever anyone want quick resolutions rather than wasting hours upon calling back multiple times due unavailability of staff members.Also good technical capabilities provided within organization makes things easier too..Its really great! :)
