The bags are not only unperforated, they also have a mock perforation. When I look at the bag roll to find perforations, I see several areas that appear to be perforated. So even cutting with the scissors is a chore as I have to hold them up to the light and watch how long I unfold the section. Nobody should spend so much time/energy removing bags from any roll.
