This was either really old stock or second hand. This was definitely nothing new for the band. The pipe has a kink and the corner socket is too tight due to oxidation of the metals or, to put it simply, "rusted". There was also some damage to the protective rubber sleeve, as if it had been dropped from a great height at some point. If I were to buy again I would forget to save $20 on Amazon and buy directly from myself. What I bought might have been cheaper but given the condition it was a lot more expensive.
