The best vegan protein powder on the market.

The best vegan plant-based protein on the market for diabetics. This protein powder keeps blood sugar levels stable and satisfies hunger for about 4 hours, which is impressive. I usually use a meal replacement in the morning or afternoon. The recipe is as follows: 1 scoop protein powder, 12 ounces unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen berries of any variety, 1 tbsp. butter or raw walnuts, 1 tablespoon raw flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and optionally 1/2 cup raw organic kale. You also save money compared to buying the Vega whole grain product.
