The best vegan protein powder on the market.

The best vegan plant-based protein on the market for diabetics. This protein powder keeps blood sugar levels stable and satisfies hunger for about 4 hours, which is impressive. I usually use a meal replacement in the morning or afternoon. The recipe is as follows: 1 scoop protein powder, 12 ounces unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen berries of any variety, 1 tbsp. butter or raw walnuts, 1 tablespoon raw flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and optionally 1/2 cup raw organic kale. You also save…

Pros
  • Keto Friendly: This product is low carb and keto friendly. Our top tip. Add coconut oil to your smoothie or shake to add some fat. Not a healthy food.

Spend money instead of drinking. I can handle different brands of protein shake mixes (many people hate them all and I don't) but the overwhelming sweetness is the first thing that puts me off. Pros
  • Greens: Contains ingredients such as organic alfalfa powder, spinach powder, broccoli powder and organic kale powder
Cons
  • Expensive

Upon further research, I found that "research" never really published reports on their methods or their scoring system or the levels of "heavy metals" they claimed were so high in plant proteins. Plant proteins are made from plants and plants. absorb substances from the soil. For example, raw spinach contains 60 micrograms of cadmium, but this trace amount is expected and acceptable in foods, especially foods with minimally…
