A cheap picture is hard plastic.
The image is not as clear as it could be and looks like it will tear and rub off with washing. In addition, the lacquer/plastic image is very hard and does not feel pleasant. I only got this for a birthday party and photos so I won't need it long. I'll save this and it should look fine. My son loves Paw Patrol and this is his favorite character.
