Review on 🥊 Heavy Bag Spring for Ringside Training by John Stefko

Hung a heavy bag in our basement for my wife to diversify her cardio workouts. The only problem was that it got hit while our little one was sleeping and the original hanging kit made a huge noise around the house every time you hit it. Arrived this spring, I bought this with a heavy I-Beam bag hanger (I wrapped the inner bracket with cardboard and tape to further muffle the noise) and it's now almost silent, the chains no longer rattling The bottom doesn't seem to be falling apart, all you hear is the slap of gloves on the bag and the occasional creak of the quill.
