Great tool for customer analytics and reporting

I like that we can see what our customers are looking at before they make their decision about whether or not purchase from us! We have been able use this product since 2013 without any issues (other than adding new features). It's very easy to set up using Microsoft Excel so no training needed - which helps with onboarding users quickly as well when someone joins your team who has never used an excel sheet in there life. This does help save time by being self-explanatory but you will need some technical skills if want do something different then standard setup of iTour software. My organization uses its data insights reports daily/weekly allowing them stay productive during busy season periods such as Christmas / Easter etc where travel demand increases dramatically.

Pros
  • The ability for me, my colleagues & managers within ITPCS Sales Team Management System ,to view historical trends via customised date filters is invaluable especially through peak seasons e g Xmas Holidays.Also seeing exactly how many sales prospects were shown each tour route compared against previous years' tours was really interesting too..I also appreciate having all those historic Tours archived together easily accessible online.Very useful once Tour Planning goes live again after holiday
