Direct replacement for the device that failed after a power surge

This was a direct replacement for the device that failed after a power surge. The receiver, not the wall switch transmitter, is usually the part that fails if you're a person like me and you've had to replace one of them. I ended up buying a kit that included both the receiver and a new wall plate, although I was pretty sure I wouldn't need either. But the complete kit is only a few dollars more expensive than buying the two components individually. So if you don't know which one is defective, just get this kit.
