I like that it has all of my projects in one place with easy access to change orders/submittals etc for each job site as well! It's not user friendly but we only have 2 people using this software so far which hasn't been too hard once you get used to how everything works here (it took me about 20 minutes). We use laevos sub-tracker system at our jobsite where users can enter their own information into forms such as purchase order numbers or timecards when they are working there - saves having someone else log them off during breaks and lunch hours since everyone just logs themselves out after leaving worksite instead now :) Also good because if something needs changed then changes made by other employees will be reflected automatically without any manual entry required from us managers anymore!! Easy way keep track of costs per individual employee who worked different sites throughout year.
