Let me start by saying that I can no longer use my Fitbit Ionic. It's dead in the water and I'm still trying to figure out how to get it working again. It stops showing life signs no matter how long I leave it on or how many times I restart it. Second, while it was fine, I really liked the watch. He gave me accurate information and kept me updated with notifications from my phone. I've had a few crashes with updates and the like, but was able to fix them with a little bit of work and effort. Third, I love the app! I have another Fitbit device that I use because I want to keep using the Fitbit app. This is one of the best layouts I've seen and it's perfect for my needs. Finally, if I had the opportunity to buy again, knowing what I know now, I would consider other options. I have owned several gym machines and watches over the years and all have had issues. None of them are perfect. My best advice is to pick one that you like and that you can live with and stick with.
