Not as good as expensive items

Works well. Doesn't work as well on greasy buildup as the more expensive Medela soap and comes without a pump (although the remaining Medela pump is perfect for this). I also tried it to remove breast milk stains on underwear but it didn't remove them like Medela did. I won't do it again.
