I installed this for my mother who has macular degeneration and dementia. This white desk is easy for her to distinguish from the black TV remote control and she can match it with the numbers. I think the speed dial feature would confuse them. Even single button dialing would be a problem as those buttons are small and there isn't a good way to label them. I took off a star because you never know what you're going to send. There are several similar products with different prices and slightly different features. I have bought two of these phones in a row and I have not received the goods I ordered from either of them. The two phones were not identical, nor were their descriptions. It was a complete mess and it took me a few tries to get close to the features I wanted. I still don't know if I paid too much or too little. The item shown above is the most expensive. I suggest ordering the cheapest one and seeing if it does what you want.
