I bought this to replace my USB wireless adapter. Use it 2 floors below my router. The previous key gave me a "full" signal but only tested 1/4 of my internet plan's throughput, while PCIE often oscillates between 3-4 divisions, but even with that I get at least 90% of the promised throughput plan internet capabilities. I'm not sure how it compares to other non-heatsink models, and if you really need it it might save you money otherwise, but for me I thought it was a decent value since other competitor offerings on Amazon are also about the same have the same price but usually without radiators. The advertising cost of this product would be much better if it came with bluetooth support. Too bad it isn't, but it would still have been worth the extra cost. Overall a decent price but excellent and satisfying performance.
