I bought it to have light when I walk my dog at night. This headlamp is perfect for that. This allows me to see and hands free so I can handle the leash and poop bags with ease! The main white light has 2 brightness settings. The batteries last a long time for me. I've had it for more than 2 months, only charged 2 times. It also has a button for flashing red lights, which would be really useful when you're on the side of the road, riding a bike, or the like. And they are adjustable. You can tilt the light down, which is what I do all the time. My dad and I also used them when we were working on my car. I definitely recommend these headlights!
