As a result, he worked all day.

I am a Finnish carpenter and I worked in Las Vegas in 1977. We work in the dungeon (Raider Stadium) as we call it because it's very dark there. I've tried different lamps with little success. the thing lasted almost 8 full hours of constant use. We didn't turn it off all day to check. There is no better lamp for the money. I know what my work partner gets for Christmas.

One click to turn off, no switching between

After turning on for a few seconds, it can be turned off with one click. Most headlights in this price range require you to turn them on and off, ie if it has 4 lighting modes and you switch to #2 you will need to click 3 times to turn it off. It would be nice to have the Bay modes in front of the headlights so they go from least bright to brightest. All in all, this is a great headlamp.

Much better than I expected!

I bought these to wear around my dog's neck when I let them out at night. My yard is not fenced and they are not fit for freedom (they ran away and got lost). I decided to buy these, put them around my neck and turn them on. So I can see them at night in the dark. What I didn't expect was that they would use them! My only complaint is that the tension on the adjustable strap loosens slightly, but that may be because I have it on my dog's neck and not my forehead.

More than I could ask for!

I bought it to have light when I walk my dog at night. This headlamp is perfect for that. This allows me to see and hands free so I can handle the leash and poop bags with ease! The main white light has 2 brightness settings. The batteries last a long time for me. I've had it for more than 2 months, only charged 2 times. It also has a button for flashing red lights, which would be really useful when you're on the side of the road, riding a bike, or the like. And they are adjustable. You can…

Good light at a great price.

The light is very bright at the highest settings and very adequate at the low settings. I like how you can adjust the angle of the light. Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries are a big plus. The ONLY thing I don't like is the small size and the placement of the power buttons. They are very small and almost flush with the body of the device. Pressing the keys with gloves is almost impossible. Even without gloves, you have to press the power button with your fingernail. I always turn on the light…

Outshines the rest Flashlights and headlamps Hands-free

Top-class headlamp. This light has a long battery life and maintains full power until it runs out. There are 4 useful brightness options - two rays and two diffuses. Diffused settings work well for camping lighting without blinding others. Also suitable for night fishing and other outdoor activities. Beam settings are very bright. There are two colored lights for charging and it uses a standard mini plug which is the same for my Android smartphone and Motorola headphones. And all for less than…

Good quality for this money!

Bought for night camping and cycling. I was looking for something cheap but good if not great that seems to fit the criteria. First impression, it doesn't look and/or feel cheap. It came charged and I tested it for a couple of hours with no issues. On my first night bike ride, it wasn't the brightest in our group, but still bright enough to get around comfortably. The same applies to its size and weight. However, the only complaint I have is with the band, which I found to be too large and…

Cons
  • Operating speed

Love the small size, light weight, bright light that lasts for hours and the loops to point it up or down! My old dog and I are BOTH visible now! Comfortable to wear on the head for hours with adjustable elastic band. The only thing I would like is that the "On/Off" buttons weren't black on black. They are difficult to find in the dark. (Exactly when I'm using a flashlight...when it's dark!) The charging connector on the opposite end of the button end is surrounded by clear plastic, making the…

Poor radiation pattern for some purposes

I just got these headlights and overall I would say I got what I paid for. The quality isn't great, but two cost less than $20, so that's to be expected. My only complaint so far has to do with the radiation pattern, the photos in the description don't really illustrate well what you're actually getting. I bought them for close-up use on small electronics projects, so for many other purposes they're probably fine. The tight bar is VERY tight. When used close up, it illuminates a very small area
