Review on Narrative Cosmetics 12 Color FX Alcohol Activated Makeup Palette: Waterproof SFX Makeup for Pro Makeup Artists by Anthony Shang

I've wanted an alcohol activated makeup palette for years but didn't want to spend $100 on a Skin Illustrator without knowing what I would actually use it for. Stumbled across this one and decided to give it a try. I am NOT disappointed! The price was great and the quality is way better than I expected. He recommends activating 99% alcohol but I missed the guy from UPS when I placed my order so I tried 91% which is readily available at any pharmacy and it works great with it (I don't know if it which gives negative effects for makeup over time, but I can't imagine what it will be). This material is really waterproof. Hell, it's even soap and water resistant lol (just wanted to test how easy it peels off). Alcohol removes it instantly like magic (alcohol can be very drying on the skin so you can use lotion to remove it). If you want to try alcohol-activated makeup, I highly recommend starting here to feel them! I will definitely buy!
