The order was submitted on the 12th of the month. Following registration, the delivery system showed that the order will arrive on the 14th of the month. Already on the 14th, there were no notifications from the market or the courier, and the order did not come during the daytime hours. On the 15th, I contacted support to find out where the order was, and they told me that there were problems with the delivery from the partner, and that the timing will be stated. Despite the fact that there were no previous messages about this, the timing will be specified. They offered me an apology the same day by sending me a discount for a product that I have no use for, but that was all. In the end, on the 17th, they informed me that the order had to be canceled due to damage, the nature of which was not stated. I have attached a picture to this message; it is obvious that the box became wet, but the reason for this is unclear. They also had the option to reissue the purchase, which I attempted to do; however, because the price was already greater, I decided against doing so and canceled the transaction instead. The high point was reached on the 19th when I received a phone call from the courier who informed me that the order would be delivered to me within the next hour. I opened it as soon as I got it because I was aware of the damage and wanted to make sure that at the very least the order was still whole. To my relief, it was still in pretty decent form. This was the first time I had made a delivery from the market, and it was also the final time I did so on this trip.
