I've always had a problem with teeth grinding, but after some personal troubles my stress went through the roof and I started grinding my teeth insanely. I got severe jaw pain very quickly, so severe that I even ate scrambled eggs with yoghurt for several days and eventually moved to tears. I made an appointment with my dentist to get a night guard, but of course that will take weeks. I bought this over the counter mouthguard to get some relief while waiting for the custom version and it has been an absolute lifesaver. It stopped grinding my teeth at night so my jaw healed/recovered in just a few days. My jaw still hurts a bit when I wake up in the morning, but nothing that ibuprofen can't deal with. Mealtime is no longer a painful experience. I am so so so happy I bought this product and wish I had bought it sooner.
