We have been using and ordering these leashes for over 18 years and have always been pleased with their quality and ease of use. The lines we received this time are definitely NOT of the same quality. They are too fat for difficult dogs. It is impossible to thread the leash through the end ring without some sort of pliers or other tool to pull it through, which is not easy when trying to pull the leash over the dog's head. . One worker was injured trying to pull the leash over the dog's head to take it off. It's thick enough that it will NOT slip through the ring, which is the safe and "normal" way to take them off. I would send them back but to be honest it's not worth the cost to us! They will go to the bin and we hope we can find the ones we have used and anticipated in the past.
