Risky, but if you don't darken them, they're very good.

I like that it's made of glass and not wood. They are easy to peel and have enough honey for a piece of toast. However, they must be sent in a box and not an envelope. . Like many others, one of the two honey sticks was broken upon arrival. So if you don't need them anytime soon you can order them a second time and if you're lucky like me, the second order arrived with both intact. I am returning my first order.
