Scarf and hat were nice and soft. I liked that. The item is being returned as the gloves were not touch sensitive as advertised. The gloves were a slightly different shade of gray than the scarf and hat, but I at least expected it to be listed somewhere in the description or on one of the product photos. However, the lack of touchscreen gloves was a huge disappointment and one of the main reasons I bought the product. Depending on where you use the scarf, it may not keep you warm. The scarf was too big for me to cover the lower half of my face and stay in place. The scarf was also tied loosely which let in a lot of cold air which is not good in very cold climates.
