Bad getting the right to own this for 3 years and just got another one to keep in another office. Pros: 1. USB input, easy to use and configure for windows sound devices2. the volume rocker is large and clear and of course digital3. large mute button 4. Light, enough effort, not tired5. The mute button will glow red so you can see your audio is muted6. There is an integration with MS Teams so that when you mute, the conversation is also muted and vice versa (so you don't unmute but are still muted in Teams). This was originally developed for Skype and it's great to see that they've moved support from Skype to Teams7. Microphone quality seems good enough, no complaints on the other hand after 3 years of use Cons: 1. Prices have gone up since the pandemic started, but it's not expensive2. Sound quality isn't the best, but good enough for calls, not music3. no compact folding, always afraid it might break when i put it in my pocket but so far it has stayed intact after a few rides with it
