I'm lactose intolerant and whey protein has always disgusted me. I actually found this protein by accident and am really glad I did. I would say it's a bit salty. I used to just add protein to water, 2 tablespoons Nestlé coconut powder and 2 tablespoons peanut powder, but with this powder it just got salty. But that's what prompted me to make protein shakes with it and I have to say that I've never enjoyed a protein shake as much as I do now. I like the fact that it's so low in calories that I can add yogurt and fruit without the shake being overpowering. Overall I really like the protein and will continue to buy from here.
