Review on RIVBOS RB833 Sunglasses: Polarized UV Protection for Men and Women - Ideal for Sports, Fishing, Driving, and Cycling by Tarus Clinton

Pros: Like many others who have purchased these glasses, I was impressed with the overall quality and packaging. I especially like the soft case, cleaning cloth and storage box. I appreciate one hand was protected with a plastic sleeve to NOT scratch the inside of the lens during shipping. These little things make me think the seller/manufacturer really cares. Well done. Cons: The only minor issue I had with the product was that there was a small defect in a small area of one of the lenses. The stain is not visible from afar, only with glasses. This is a slight distortion that causes a certain area of the field of view to appear blurry/wavy. It caused me a little eyestrain and was very distracting. I contacted Rivbos customer service via email and they immediately offered to replace the glasses or refund my money. I decided to return the money as my wife made sure I know she still thinks my head is too big for these stylish glasses. I'm sure Rivbos would replace them to my satisfaction if I wanted to. Still think 5 stars. Customer service was excellent.
