I bought an Ecodrill because my wife wanted to refresh the look of our kitchen. To save money we decided to buy new doors direct from the manufacturer, but before doing so I wanted to make sure I could drill the holes needed to reuse the 90 existing Blum hinges with a regular drill bit. Ecodrill made this a breeze. The instructions that come with the Ecodrill are fine, but not essential as the device is very intuitive to use. It drills a 35mm main hole for the hinge and two adjacent 8mm holes for Blum plastic dowels for the hinge screws, or it can drill a 35mm main hole and mark the screw locations if the hinge screws go straight into the door . I recommend Ecodrill to anyone who needs to drill accurate and precise holes for Blum hinges or other similar hinges.
