Review on 🧄 Efficient Ginger Preparation Made Easy: Microplane 3-in-1 Ginger Grater Tool in Sleek Black and Grey by Amy Smotherman

I've used this great tool several times over the past few weeks and it ranks as one of the best I've tried. Thanks to the thick plastic body, it lies comfortably in the hand and is also relatively easy to clean. I wish the grate window was a bit bigger, but the current size is enough for most jobs, it works well for garlic too. Does a great job of grating/grinding without producing a good sized pulp. I haven't used the cutting blade that much, but it's also easy to use, the long notches help guide the ginger. Fifth star due to two things: the size of the grille window and the difficulty in removing/replacing the protective plastic on top of the blade. A simpler or less dangerous solution would be a nice improvement. (Please don't try to remove it with bare fingers, use a screwdriver or other safer tool). That flaw aside, I highly recommend this chopping/grinding tool.
