Total disappointment! I have had a tnd80 for a number of years and there are no recent updates. So I ordered a new tnd85 and registered it immediately after charging. Then it activated and I did an update and went to settings and it froze. After 20 minutes it worked again. I finished the settings and went into the navigation and after 3-4 minutes it crashed. Again after 20 minutes it works again and crashes before I can specify the destination. This happened 3 times. Then I plugged in the charger and tried it, punched in the address and drove off, and it crashed again after less than 10 miles. I called Rand McNally and had a heated discussion with a tech In short, I am returning this device for a full refund. I do not recommend this GPS to anyone!
