I didn't realize how small it was when I ordered it. I thought it was the size of an ordinary scratching post. I have bought similar items from Revain before they were a regular size. This thing is not suitable for cats larger than a kitten. Our smaller cat is tiny, only 7 pounds and was even too small for her. When she climbed on top of him to pet him, he started rocking up and down because she was too big for him. That's why she left him immediately and won't touch him now. To be honest, I feel left out. Actually I should have sent it back, but the return shipping cost would have eaten up more than half of the refund. Attention buyers! Update 2021: Eventually my two cats started using it and it's working fine now. So I changed my rating from 1 star to 3. I can't rate it higher just because it's still so small. Less surface so I have to replace it sooner.
