I have an 8 year old Siberian cat weighing 7.5 kg who has found her new resting place in our living room. Shortly after removing the plastic wrap and laying it on the floor (no catnip present), he began sniffing it gently and then happily kneading those claws. He's busy with it all day. My kitten has settled into his new lounger and demands that I make him an iced drink. I've bought many of these over the years but this one uses very thick corrugated cardboard which will last longer. Unlike others I've bought from the store, this one also has alternating cardboard textures to keep things more interesting for the kitty. So 5/5 stars for that because what else matters? My cat loves the curves and the second texture is her favorite part!
