I used these legs (order #2) to make two plant stands 10" wide, 46" long, and 18" tall under my dining room windows. You were perfect. I almost gave the product 4 stars because the little rubber pads that fit on the bottom of the legs don't stay in place. If you're moving a table, bench, plant stand, etc., you need to get on yours hands and knees and change the position of the pads. First world problems, my friends. How I made plant benches: I went to Lowe's, asked a very good workman to help me choose a straight 2x10 board that was 8 feet long, and he cut two boards that were 46 inches long. Then I drilled holes in the bottom of the boards and installed the legs. To be honest, I looked at the whole project personally. $5 for a 2x10 board, 2 orders of metal legs and I had two beautiful plant benches for less than $45. I haven't finished my wood yet but I think I'll just apply linseed oil as they are for indoor use only. I plan to order more ese for other projects as they are very easy to use.
