These cartridges did not work at all with our HP OfficeJet J3680 All-in-One even though they were advertised as working. Both cartridges failed with a cartridge error. We tried cleaning them, double checked the instructions and yes we made sure the protective plastic strip was removed. I've been changing cartridges in these types of printers for a year. Right after that I bought HP 21 cartridges and they worked straight away. These cartridges were a total waste of time and money - and according to Revane it's too late to return them for a refund. I might as well throw the money in the trash or donate it to charity.
