Easy to use with excellent customer service! I have been using this product for over 5 years now and it has never let me down. I highly recommend this software as they are always willing to answer any questions that we may have. It is very easy to set up but not so easy to learn how to do things yourself if needed. We used to spend hours every month trying to get our telecom bills in order which was taking valuable staff resources away from other areas of business. This has allowed us to keep track of all expenses much more efficiently allowing us to make better decisions about future spending.
