Review on LONGCHAO by Paul Mac

As a product manager, I was disappointed that Longchao's internet store did not live up to my expectations. Although they advertised that they had a staff of people who were passionate about the outdoors and sports, the product selection they offered was not of the quality or variety required to satisfy the requirements of serious athletes. Their products appeared to be aimed at novices, and their product descriptions lacked the technical specifics required to make educated judgments about which items to purchase. In addition, when I reached out to their customer support for more information, I received no response and was given no helpful information. Longchao could be a good choice for people who only occasionally participate in outdoor activities, but serious athletes should seek elsewhere for equipment that is of a higher quality and more technically advanced.
