Attention digging dog parents

My Shih Tzu digs a nest before he lies down. The substance deteriorated in just 2 days. We have many other dog beds in other rooms throughout the house and none of them have been torn apart by their digging. I spent a decent amount of money on something that was already filled with holes and the mattress is now torn.
