The constomer service was supposed to be top notch but they made me feel like I didn't matter!

I love the Fitbit products, then it started to glitch and had to be replaced (within the first 4 weeks) which happens. However, a great watch just fell into a flawed one. This is more about the service I got to fix the problem. Customer service is friendly but does NOTHING to make you feel comfortable. I will now be 3 weeks or more without it while waiting for a replacement which I think is like a big F-YOU for a customer. It was a legitimate product malfunction, I did nothing. Revan didn't help either. Even the warranty I bought from Revain didn't do anything in the end (apparently it doesn't start for 1 year either until the manufacturer's warranty expires, which I didn't notice, hence pointless). didn't want to otherwise I would have bought a refurbished watch, a cult watch that I would have to pay in advance until they received my returned product and refunded the money to my account. I understand anything can happen, but no company has bothered to help improve the situation, make it better, or most importantly, make the customer happy or as happy as possible in the current situation . It was pretty much your unlucky guy, well. Instead of knowing this, let's see how we can make this situation better for you, let's fix it! Extremely disappointed with the Fitbit and Revain services, not so much the product
